Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow | 045

Yesterday, Today, and Tomorrow.

That’s the window that we constantly live in.

Thinking about the past, living in the present, and hoping for a better future.

If we take it literally, we can learn a lot from yesterday.

The day before today is what’s most vivid in our memory. A clear path to work from.

Tomorrow can give us hope. No matter what happened in the past or today, there’s always tomorrow.

Finally, there is right here and right now. Today.

What we can actually control.

I don’t know about you, but I have wasted a lot of time beating myself up over the past.

It has never helped me one bit.

I have also spent a lot of time planning, thinking, studying, and dreaming of the future.

That can be very helpful, but it can also enable procrastination.

What we have is today. Right now, to be specific.

Do what you can with that. Just for today, forget yesterday.

Just for today, don’t worry about tomorrow.

Do something you’re proud of today, and repeat as many days as you can.
