I know the feeling of wanting a fresh start.

I could go on and on about how there is no perfect time to start and talk to you about why now is the best time.

But that is for another day.

If you are struggling right now and can’t rid the urge to wait for a fresh “start,” …

Remember that…

Every January 1st, you have a fresh year.

Every ~ 90 days you have a fresh quarter.

Every ~30 days you have a fresh month.

Every Monday you start a fresh week.

And…

Every morning you start a fresh new day.

I understand

That there is no best time to start and that ideally, we’d all start right this moment.

That being said, I also know the feeling of just wanting something to feel motivated by and build momentum from.

If you feel like you want that awesome moment to restart and build better habits, tomorrow morning is a new day.

If not then, start Monday off strong.

If not Monday, then the 1st of next month can be your strongest month yet.

Sooner the better, always.

But find what motivates you and then keep it going best you can.
