Please stop putting so much pressure on yourself and your fitness goals.
If losing the next 5-10 pounds is causing you anxiety because it’s not happening soon enough, you’re doing this all wrong.
And please know, I am not judging you for that. Not one bit.
I too have done this to myself. For years. Literally.
But I now understand that the whole point of fitness and goals is to enhance our lives.
If the path to enhance your life ruins it, then what’s the point?
Do the best you can, when you can, with what you have.
