Have you ever chosen a workout based on what others are doing at the gym?
Or started a new diet because it “worked” for your friend?
If you are unhappy and not seeing the results that you’d like to see, please take a hard look at your approach.
If you are following cookie-cutter programs, generic advice or restrictive diets, know that there’s a better way.
If you want to feel good and actually achieve your goals, you must find a strategy that works for you.
I hope you can realize the deeper meaning behind all of this fitness stuff. It goes much deeper than 6 packs and circuit training.
If you are unhappy and are not enjoying the process of bettering your health and mind, what’s the point of doing this?
I beg you to think long and hard about your own personal motives, deeper than trying to impress the people around you.
This fitness thing is about figuring yourself out.
Building a body that is strong, able and one that makes you feel alive. It doesn’t look the same for everybody.
Once you build self-awareness around what you want and what works for you, things will start to really get good.
