It’s okay to feel fear and to be scared of change.

The solution is to do the hard work anyways.

To have those talks.

To build those habits.

To not let excuses get in the way.

If you want to make change happen, you can.

But you must believe that you can.

You must do the hard work.

You must not hide behind the fear.
