Accountability | 067

There is something amazing that happens when we are held accountable by an external party.

Whether it be your spouse, your child, your best friend, or your trainer, having somebody else that knows your goals and can add some pressure is an amazing part about being human.

Yes we can and should hold ourselves accountable first and foremost.

Absolutely.

But there is no denying that someone else can turn up the heat just a bit.

Or quite a bit.

Find a friend.

Tell your spouse.

Or even hire a coach.

You can do it alone.

But you’ll likely do a lot better with an extra piece of pressure and guidance.
