A Thought on Changing Behavior

by | May 12, 2020

Achieving your goals and creating a better quality of life requires changing behavior.

A massively effective way to change your behavior is to audit and adjust your environment.

Everybody at one point or another has struggled to improve a habit, whether that be drinking more water, getting better sleep or exercising more consistently.

A hectic schedule and messy environment can make these seemingly simple habits daunting and tough to maintain.

Instead of trying to use sheer effort and will to string together consistency, take a look at your environment. Both the space you live in and the people you surround yourself with.

It’s not too late to make these adjustments. It never will be. I myself have struggled endlessly to find what works for me. But some things have. It just takes time, patience, and knowing where to focus your efforts.

Sometimes, what’s best for you lies where you’d least expect it.
