2) Answer a Few Simple Questions
After confirming a date and time, you’ll answer some questions that will prepare both of us for our session. The more context I have, the more I can customize our time together.
3) Show Up and Ask Great Questions
Provided you’re eager to learn, you’ll get lots of value simply by showing up to our session; I’ll make sure of it. That being said, we’re trying to maximize this time, so I hope you’ll come prepared with specific and important questions.
4) Get to Work!
You’ll leave our time together with an improved perspective, new tools, and greater clarity on how to make the most of your daily and weekly routine in and out of the gym. Now you just need to get to work and practice what we go through.
