Something over nothing.
Sometimes, it is tough to make the time to workout if your only idea of a workout takes place at a gym and for no less than 60 minutes.
But something positive is always better than nothing at all.
Can’t do 60? 30 minutes instead of 60.
Can’t do 30? 15 minutes instead of 30.
Home workout if the gym commute takes too much time.
100 push ups too much today? Try 10.
It all counts.
Not only in the actual workout, but because it will create discipline and positive momentum.
A structured and efficient program will help as it creates a clear vision and takes the guess work out of it.
It’s much harder to make time for the gym when you don’t even know what you’re doing or why you’re doing it.
I challenge you
To ask yourself the following question the next time you are thinking of going from all to nothing.
“What can I do right now, no matter how small?”
