I’ve been coaching people 1-on-1 for over 10 years. My focus has always been the same: help people build structure, train consistently, and get results that last. Most of my clients are beginners, busy professionals, or people managing injuries who just need a clear direction. I work with a small number of clients at a time so the coaching stays personal and hands-on.
